Coaching Services

Coaching services are provided to assist individuals who do not have mental health diagnoses with gaining clarity of purpose.  Areas of the client’s life that need to be changed in order to optimize the inner self, spirituality or finances will be the targets of sessions.  Tell me your vision and we put the goal setting to work! Sessions can range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes, depending on the individuals needs and can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly.  My coaching services are similar to having your own personal strength and conditioning coach to encourage, motivate, and keep goals within focus. Together we will explore and dismantle existing barriers and rebuild a more stable foundation for future success. What we focus our attention on is where the most amount energy goes to! Together we will create balance so that you reach your highest aspirations!
