Therapy ServiceS

Your first step in this process is very easy and relaxing as you can do it from the comfort of your own home, schedule a consultation so we can swap backgrounds and your current needs. An integral part of any therapy process is developing a professional therapeutic relationship, this consultation will allow us to see if my background and expertise are what you are looking for and need in a therapist. Once you feel comfortable moving on in the therapy process, we will schedule your first session. At our initial session I will conduct an evaluation consisting of more background info, symptoms, and goals. From this evaluation we will formulate your treatment plan. The initial session will last approximately 60 minutes.

Our future sessions will consist of us working together to reach your goals identified in the treatment plan. These sessions will last between 45-70 minutes for individual therapy and 50-55 minutes for family therapy.

Teletherapy

Sometimes it may not be possible to attend therapy in person, I offer teletherapy services where we can conduct therapy using technology (such as a cellphone or a computer).  The platform that I use is HIPAA complaint which ensure your confidentiality.  This service is offered as a preferred treatment method, meaning this can be how all of your sessions are conducted, or as a substitute for an otherwise cancelled appointment, such as inclement weather, childcare issues, or any other life situation that may arise. Teletherapy sessions are the same duration and price as an in-office session.
