What Can I expect from therapy?

ANSWER: Able Therapy & Coaching supports its clients by offering a relaxing environment from the very first session to finish.  You can expect a supportive therapist who’s goals are to meet you where you are and never make assumptions.  Therapy is a non judgmental process that requires honesty from both therapist and client for best results.  You can expect to be treating with care, respect, and professionalism through every step. You can also expect to experience less severity and frequency of symptoms as sessions progress.


Q:

How do I know if therapy is for?

ANSWER: Many therapist have therapist! Therapy is process that allows you to be who you are and talk about issues that are sometimes hard to discuss.  While some individuals may need more support than others, we all need support at some time during our lives, this is where therapist come in.  From parenting issues to symptoms of depression, therapy is beneficial no matter what stage of life you’re in.  From early stages of life to later stages of life, as human being we need support.  Also, during the free consultation if there are questions you have about how therapy can benefit you specifically, just ask.


Q:

What if I cant make a scheduled appointment?

ANSWER: I ask that if you must cancel and teletherapy is not an option, you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, you are still responsible for the full payment.  Repeat cancellations can result in early termination of treatment. Again, please remember the option of teletherapy which is conducted via phone or computer, this option can be used to prevent cancellations.
